In this episode, I talked about the importance of being intentional with our thoughts and how it can lead to a better life. Thoughts are not facts and that we have the power to choose which thoughts to believe. I will explain the concept of neuroplasticity and the brain's motivational triad, which drives our behavior. Warriors, slow down and become aware of your thinking. I introduce a simple tool called a brain dump to help gain control over the bully brain.
