Feeling overwhelm is one of my least favorite emotions to feel yet I end up there often.
Listen in as I share some of my best tools to move through it.
You will be reminded of two important facts:
(1) We are in charge of our emotions and
(2) If we want to feel better, we must commit to it.
Let's go warriors! I encourage you to commit to this different way of living, different than what is currently being modeled for us and different than we have been living so far. Why? Best reason is you'll feel better. Second best reason, the more of us who are living in a calm, un-reactive state, the calmer and less reactive this world will be.
